We are so excited to see you and your family at the 2025 Festival of Trees! Check out our full event schedule below and plan your visit to one of the most magical events of the year.

Tickets for each event are available at the Palmer Arena box office or online through the “Buy Tickets” button.
Additional charges apply for tickets bought online.

The Palmer Arena is now a clear bag facility and purses and backpacks exceeding certain sizes are not allowed within the arena. In addition, patrons will be asked to pass through the arena’s metal detectors when entering the arena. Diaper bags are allowed but are subject to a wand scan and search.

Are you planning to attend a special event at the festival? Your general admission is included in the price of your special event ticket!

Saturday, November 15: 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 16: Noon - 7:00 p.m.
Monday, November 17: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 18: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 19: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Adults: $5 per person
Children 3-12: $2 per person

Children under 3 years of age are free into the general admission portion of the festival.

  • Yes. All special events such as Prehistoric Pit Stop Breakfast with Santa, Glow-Ho-Ho Adult Bingo, Princess Tea Party, Neon North Pole Family Bingo, Ladies Luncheon and Bourbon, Bubbles, and Brew require a ticket.

    Your special event ticket is your entrance to the Festival on the day of your event. Keep your ticket after entering the Festival as it will be your only entrance into the special event as you enter that area or room at the time of your event.

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult to the festival and any special events.
